Crossing the Andes from the Pacific ocean to lake Nahuel Huapi. Riding through indigenous forests, patagonian lakes and mountains, climbing up the Osorno volcano with our bikes.

Chile: Puerto Montt, Chiloe Island, Reloncavi Estuary (W.Pacific). Puelo, Ralun, Lake Llanquihue, Ensenada, PN. Perez Rosales, Puyehue Lake, Aguas Calientes (hot springs), Puyehue pass (1,350mt). Argentina: Villa La Angostura, (Los Arrayanes National Park, Nahuel Huapi NP and Lanin NP), “Road of the Seven Lakes”, San Martin de los Andes, Lake Meliquina, Cordoba pass (1300mt), Confluencia, Rio Limay, S.C de Bariloche.

600 km. (200 gravel road)

600 kilometers. (400 asphalt + 200 gravel). in 6 days of cycling + 1 day of rest with alternative excursions. A daily average of 100 km with several stops; eat, take photos and regain strength. The route is undulating, with an average of 800 meters of altitude difference per stage.
There are chances of rain and climate changes, it is important to be well equipped. The assistance van will always be close to the cyclists. Anyone who gets tired or wants to can use the support vehicle.

It will vary between 5ºC and 25ºC. The thermal sensation may be noticeably affected by the influence of strong winds.

Mountain bike or gravel, with gravel road tires ( mínimum 700x40) and prior mechanical check up
Basic repair kit: two inner tubes, allen keys and a small inflator
Helmet. Lights.
Water bottle or water backpack (Camel).
No need for saddlebags unless you want to carry your own photo camera. You need only a small bag (bicycle front bag) or small backpack to carry a spare clothing or windbraker, an energy booting candy bar and your camera.
