Payment checkout:

After filling in the (reservation sheet under the voice contacts), we require payment by bank transfer of the deposit (30% of the total cost), and the final balance 30 days before the departure date. Other forms of payment will be agreed with the organisers.

In case of withdrawal:

The customer must communicate his decision of withdrawal prior to booked departure date. A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the period:

a) withdrawal until 31 days preceding the departure date = 15% of the total amount
b) withdrawal from 30 until 21 days preceding the departure date = 25% of the total amount
c) withdrawal from 20 until 11 days preceding the departure date = 50% of the total amount
d) withdrawal from 10 until 4 days preceding the departure date = 75% of the total amount
e) withdrawal from 3 until 1 day preceding the departure date = 100% of the total amount

No refund is due to the customers who miss the departure, or withdrawal during the trip.
In addition, no refund is due to the customers who miss the departure due to lack or imprecision of the necessary personal documents.
